Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using PrismTalent you agree to these terms. PrismTalent is a career-matching platform: candidates maintain a profile, and recruiters post roles and invite matched candidates to a conversation.

2. Candidate terms

• Keep your profile accurate — match results and recruiter interest depend on it.
• You control your participation: you can toggle "open to opportunities" and decline any invitation. An invitation is not a job offer.
• Only upload resumes and enter information that belongs to you. Do not upload others' personal data.

3. Recruiter terms

• You receive three (3) free candidate invitations. After those, invitations require purchased credits.
• Invitation credits are sold in packs and processed through our payment provider (Base44 Payments, powered by Wix).
• Credits are for use on this platform and are non-transferable. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable.
• Use the platform lawfully: do not scrape data, spam candidates, or post roles that discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. You are responsible for complying with applicable employment law in your jurisdiction.

4. AI matching disclaimer

Match scores, clarifying questions, and match reasons are generated by AI and are estimates only. They are not guarantees of fit, suitability, or employment outcomes, and should not be the sole basis for a hiring decision. Always use your own judgment.

5. Content and conduct

You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant us the right to use, store, and process it to operate the platform (including AI matching). Do not impersonate others, harass users, or use the platform for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, credit pricing, or these terms; material changes will be highlighted in the app. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Limitation of liability

PrismTalent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.
