1. Who we are
PrismTalent ("we", "us") is a career-matching platform that connects candidates with recruiters. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and name, provided when you sign up.
- Career profile information: the details you add to your candidate profile — headline, career summary, work history, duties, skills, experience, location, and preferences — including anything you import from an uploaded resume.
- Job posting information: job titles, companies, descriptions, and clarifying answers you enter as a recruiter.
- Invitation correspondence: messages exchanged when a recruiter invites a candidate to talk.
- Purchase records: records of invite-credit purchases (amount, date, status). Card details themselves are never stored by us — payments are processed by our payment provider.
- Usage information: basic analytics about how the app is used, such as which features are triggered.
3. How we use your information
- To create and maintain your account and profile.
- To generate match scores and clarifying questions. Profile and job data are processed by AI services on our behalf to produce these results.
- To send you notifications, such as an email when a recruiter invites you to talk.
- To manage invite credits and process purchases.
- To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
4. Who can see your information
Candidate profiles are visible to recruiters using the platform for matching and outreach. Recruiters see your profile when you match their job posting, along with your match score and reasons. Other candidates cannot see your profile. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
5. AI processing
We use third-party AI services to analyze profile and job data you provide in order to generate clarifying questions, match scores, and match reasons. Do not enter information into your profile that you are not comfortable being processed in this way.
6. Payments
Invite credits are purchased through our payment provider (Base44 Payments, powered by Wix). Payment processing, including card details, is handled entirely by the provider. We only receive and store a record of the purchase (for example, amount and status) so we can apply your credits.
7. Data retention and your choices
- You can edit or update your profile at any time.
- You can close your account or request deletion of your data by contacting us at amy.jane1983+prismtalent@yahoo.com.
- You can toggle "open to opportunities" off to signal you are not actively looking; you can also decline any invitation you receive.
8. Cookies and authentication
We use essential cookies and tokens to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
